Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, country, and login credentials.
  • Transaction data: challenge purchases and payout details.
  • Identity verification (KYC) data, only when you request your first payout: name, date of birth, country, a photo of a government ID, a selfie and, if needed, a proof of address.
  • Usage data: pages visited and interactions, to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account and evaluations.
  • To process payments and payouts, and to verify your identity before a payout to prevent fraud.
  • To provide support and important service updates.
  • To improve and secure our platform.

3. Data Security

We use encryption (SSL/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. Passwords are stored securely and never shared.

KYC documents are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only authorised Capifront staff can view them, and only to verify your identity. We keep them while your account is active and for up to 5 years after your last payout or account closure, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing contact@capifront.com. We may still keep any records the law requires us to hold.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the trusted service providers needed to run Capifront — including Supabase (database & authentication), Netlify (website hosting), NOWPayments (crypto payment processing), Resend (transactional & marketing email), Tawk.to (live chat, only if you open the chat), and Google Analytics and Meta (website and advertising analytics) — and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and optional analytics/marketing cookies to understand usage. Optional cookies stay OFF until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner — clicking "Decline" keeps them off.
