Refund Policy — Capifront

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how Capifront issues refunds for the fees you pay to access our evaluations. Capifront operates a simulated trading service: evaluation and funded accounts use demo platforms and virtual funds, and payouts are discretionary rewards based on simulated profits. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service, Trading Rules, and Risk Disclosure.

1. The Evaluation Fee

When you purchase an evaluation, you pay a one-time fee that grants you access to a simulated evaluation account and the associated challenge. This fee is the price of the service and covers the account, the platform, and the review of your performance — it is not a deposit, a trading balance, or an investment, and it is never used to fund real market positions.

As marketed, the evaluation fee is refunded to successful traders: once you pass the evaluation, become a funded (simulated) trader, and receive your first payout, the amount of your evaluation fee is returned to you together with that first payout. This first-payout refund is the primary way the fee comes back to you.

2. How Payments and Refunds Are Processed (Crypto)

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments. By paying in crypto you acknowledge that:

3. When Refunds Are and Are Not Given

We may issue a refund of the evaluation fee in limited circumstances, including:

The evaluation fee is generally non-refundable in the following cases:

Nothing in this policy removes any refund right that applies to you under mandatory consumer-protection law.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Our payments are made in crypto and cannot be charged back. If you use any card or other payment method where a bank dispute is technically possible, filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is treated as a serious breach of these terms. Doing so will void your account and your eligibility for any payout, and we reserve the right to recover amounts and costs owed to us. Always contact support first — we resolve almost all issues quickly and fairly.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@capifront.com from the address on your account and include your order ID, the wallet address you paid from, and a short description of the issue. We typically review refund requests within 5–10 business days. If approved, the manual crypto refund is sent to your paying wallet, and blockchain confirmation times may add a short additional delay.

6. Simulated-Service Note

Capifront is not a broker or financial institution and provides no real market execution. All accounts are simulated and use virtual funds. The evaluation fee pays for access to this simulated service, and refunds are handled solely as described above. For more detail on the nature of the service, see our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
