Risk Disclosure — Capifront

Risk Disclosure

Last updated: July 2026

Please read this notice carefully before using Capifront. It explains the simulated nature of our service and the important risks associated with the Capifront evaluation program and with trading generally. By accessing our website or purchasing an evaluation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Trading & Payout Rules.

1. Simulated Service — No Real Trading

Capifront provides an educational trading evaluation on simulated (demo) accounts using virtual funds only. This applies to every account type we offer, including Challenge, Verification, and Funded accounts.

2. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this website or within the Capifront platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any instrument. All content is provided for general educational purposes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified and licensed professional before making any real-world financial decision.

3. Nature of Fees and Payouts

The fee you pay is for access to a simulated evaluation program and its related educational features. It is not an investment, a deposit, or trading capital, and it does not entitle you to any guaranteed return.

4. High Risk of Loss in Real Markets

Capifront is an educational tool. Skills or results demonstrated on a simulated account do not guarantee success in real markets. Real trading differs from simulation in important ways — including slippage, execution delays, funding costs, spreads, gaps, and the emotional pressure of risking your own money.

If you choose to trade in real life, be aware that trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Leverage can work against you as easily as for you. Such trading is not suitable for everyone, and you should never risk money you cannot afford to lose. Capifront is not responsible for any decision you make to trade with real money.

5. Illustrative Data and Examples

Performance figures, statistics, charts, leaderboards, testimonials, and payout examples shown on this site or in our marketing are illustrative only. They are provided to explain how the program works and do not represent guaranteed, typical, or promised outcomes. Individual results vary, and a majority of participants do not pass the evaluation. Past or example performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

6. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

To use Capifront you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access and use a simulated trading evaluation service in your country and jurisdiction of residence. Some jurisdictions may be restricted, and we may decline or limit access where we are required to do so or where doing so is prudent. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Capifront is lawful where you live.

7. No Guarantee of Profit or Payout

Capifront makes no guarantee that you will pass any stage of the evaluation, generate any simulated profit, or receive any payout. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. By using Capifront you confirm that you understand the simulated nature of the service and accept the risks described in this notice, our Terms of Service, and our Trading & Payout Rules.
